Course structure

Two mandatory units and two optional units

Number and Number Processes, and Shape, Space and Data are mandatory. Learners also complete any two of Money, Time and Measurement. Practical Problem Solving is a CfE Maths Hub support pathway, not a separate official unit.

Teachers and support staff can use the activities alongside real objects, observation, discussion and classwork. Pupil View keeps adult evidence controls hidden; teacher evidence tools remain optional and proportionate.

Units and support pathways

Each unit has a short visual explanation, supported tasks, an evidence task and teacher notes.
